• 3 Photos passport size.
• Valid passport 6 month from the time you travel from Canada
• Paid in full the Airfare Ticket and the land portion for the hotels and other service.
• Immunization for Meningities ACYW135
• Sister traveling to perform Umrah need Muharam.
• Children between 2 and 12 yeara pay 25% of the package and share a bed. Children
requiring own bed pay full price.
• Full payment upon booking.
• Visa application plus two recent photo passport size
• Passport valid for 6 month from date of traveling from Canada (Orignal and Copy where
thepicture is only)
• Non Canadian citizen, need PR Card, only a copy front and back (don't send the real card
only copy of it)
• Vaccine for Meningitis & Dose is ACYW135 with health record book signed and stamped
from the clinic or Doctor (Orignal and copy)
• Married couples need original marriage certificate (Orignal and copy). Sister traveling alone
need Muharam
